Terms of service
These terms govern your use of VerifID Forms, a product of SARNYP.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using VerifID Forms, you agree to these terms. If you are using VerifID Forms on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
The service
VerifID Forms is a form-building and data collection product. Forms and the responses submitted to them are encrypted client-side before transmission, using a key generated and held by you. We provide the infrastructure to create, publish, and collect encrypted responses to forms; we do not have technical access to decrypt your form content. See how the encryption works for detail.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized access.
The encryption tradeoff
Because form private keys are generated client-side and never transmitted to us, we cannot recover lost keys, decrypt form data on your behalf, or restore access to encrypted responses if a key is lost or misplaced. This is an inherent property of the zero-knowledge design, not a service failure, and you accept this tradeoff by using the product. You are responsible for securely storing your own private keys.
Payment & billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose) and processed by our payment processor, Cashfree.
Needs your input before publishing: specific refund policy, what happens to data/access on a failed payment or downgrade, and proration rules for mid-cycle plan changes. Placeholder removed once confirmed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use VerifID Forms to collect data unlawfully, to violate the privacy or rights of others, to distribute malware, or to attempt to circumvent the security or rate limits of the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this section.
Liability
Needs legal review before publishing: limitation-of-liability language (caps, exclusions for indirect/consequential damages) is a deliberate legal decision with real consequences for your specific business and jurisdiction. Generic boilerplate here would create false confidence rather than real protection. Recommend a lawyer drafts or reviews this section specifically, given the regulated-industry customers (healthcare, legal, finance) this product targets.
Termination
You may stop using VerifID Forms and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
Governing law
Needs your input: which jurisdiction's law governs these terms, and where disputes would be resolved (e.g. courts in a specific Indian city). This should match SARNYP's actual incorporation/registration details.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here.
