Because the form owner holds the sole decryption key, deleting a record and destroying the key makes the underlying data permanently unrecoverable. Recording consent per purpose, with withdrawal through your grievance contact, comes with our next release.
Can VerifID read the personal data we collect under the DPDP Act? ▾
No. The decryption key is generated in the form owner's browser and never reaches our servers, so VerifID has no technical ability to read submission content.
