Zero-Knowledge Architecture: Technical Sovereignty & Privacy

VerifID Forms provides security that goes beyond mere legal requirements. Our Zero-Knowledge Architecture utilizes client-side End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) powered by RSA-3072 and AES-256 protocols. By encrypting data directly on your device, we ensure that personal information is protected before it ever reaches our servers. Since we do not hold the decryption keys, we cannot access, view, or process the contents of your submissions. This protects personal information by design and supports the security obligations in the UAE and Singapore PDPAs.

Engineered for Sovereignty Standards

Strategic operational protocols built for Data Protection Officers globally.

Cross-Border Security

Encryption standards that satisfy Singaporean and Thai requirements for international data transfers.

Data Stays With You

Responses decrypt only on your device, so your Data Protection Officer decides who can see them.

Consent Withdrawal

Automated "opt-out" and withdrawal management as required by UAE and Thailand PDPA laws.

AES-256 E2EE Vault

Client-side encryption ensures no unauthorized access, meeting the strictest UAE security standards.

Regional Compliance Frameworks

How our infrastructure matches the technical mandates of local governing authorities.

Singapore PDPA (2012)

Addressing the main obligations including Consent, Purpose Limitation, and Notification. Our forms provide clear notice and itemized purpose selection.

Thailand PDPA (2019)

Full support for data subject rights, including the Right to be Informed and Right to Erasure. Data is processed only under valid legal bases.

UAE Data Protection Law (2021)

Meeting Federal Decree-Law No. 45 requirements for transparency and security through end-to-end encryption.

Privacy in the MEA and ASEAN Regions

As data privacy goes global, regions like ASEAN and the Middle East have introduced rigorous frameworks—Singapore's PDPA, Thailand's PDPA, and the UAE's Federal Data Protection Law. VerifID Forms bridges these geographical divides by providing a singular, secure infrastructure that respects local residency requirements and encryption standards. Whether you are collecting data from Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok, or Dubai, our platform ensures your collection flows are legally sound and technically impenetrable through our zero-knowledge protocols.

Frequently asked questions

Which PDPA regimes does this cover? ▾

The principles are shared across Singapore's PDPA (2012), Thailand's PDPA (2019), and the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021: consent-based collection, clear purpose limitation, and reasonable security arrangements for personal data.

How does VerifID Forms meet the security-arrangement obligation? ▾

Every response is encrypted in the respondent's browser with RSA-3072 and AES-256 before transmission. Because the platform never holds the decryption key, the 'reasonable security arrangements' requirement is supported structurally rather than through policy alone.

Can we pin data to a specific region for cross-border rules? ▾

Submissions are currently stored in AWS's Mumbai (India) region; other regions are not available yet. Stored responses are ciphertext the platform cannot read, so residency addresses jurisdiction rather than exposure.

Does the form capture purpose-specific consent? ▾

Yes. Forms present separate, un-ticked consent statements per purpose alongside a linked notice, which matches the consent and purpose-limitation expectations across these regimes.
