VerifID Forms

Embed forms

See how a secure form looks on your website

Every published VerifID form is one line of HTML away from any site. Adjust the frame below to match your layout, then copy the snippet — the form keeps encrypting submissions in the visitor’s browser, embedded or not.

Where the snippet works

Anywhere you can paste HTML or render a component. A few common ones:

Plain HTML

Paste the <iframe> tag anywhere in your page source.

WordPress

Use a Custom HTML block, or the HTML widget in a sidebar.

Webflow

Drop an Embed element and paste the snippet.

Squarespace

Add a Code block and switch it to HTML.

Wix

Add "Embed HTML" → "Code" and paste.

Framer

Insert an Embed component with the HTML snippet.

Ghost / Notion sites

Use an HTML card (Ghost) or an embed block that accepts iframes.

React / Next.js

Use the JSX snippet from the playground below.

Embedding does not weaken the encryption

The form runs inside the iframe, and the browser keeps the iframe’s contents isolated from the page around it. The encryption happens in that isolated context, in the visitor’s browser, before any data is transmitted — so the site hosting the form, its analytics, and any third-party scripts on it never see what a visitor types.

The same isolation that stops you injecting CSS across the iframe boundary is what stops the host page reading the submission. That is the trade you want.

Frequently asked questions

Does the encryption still work when the form is embedded in an iframe? ▾

Yes. The encryption happens inside the iframe, in the visitor’s browser, before anything is sent. The page hosting the iframe — and any scripts on it — cannot read what the visitor types, because the browser isolates the iframe’s content from the parent page.

Will an embedded form slow my page down? ▾

The iframe loads independently and can be lazy-loaded, so it does not block your page from rendering. Use the responsive snippet if you want it to size itself to the container.

Can I style the embedded form to match my site? ▾

You brand the form itself in VerifID Forms — logo, colours, fields. The iframe wrapper controls width, height, border, and corner radius so it sits cleanly in your layout. You cannot inject CSS across the iframe boundary, which is the same isolation that keeps submissions private.

Do visitors need a VerifID account to submit an embedded form? ▾

No. Anyone who can see the page can submit. Only you need an account, and only you can decrypt the responses.

What is the form URL made of? ▾

Every published form has a URL of the form https://submissions.verifidforms.com/?formId=YOUR_FORM_ID. The embed snippets just wrap that URL in an <iframe>. You get your form id when you publish a form in the app.

Publish a form, get your embed snippet

Build a form on the free plan, publish it, and the app gives you the iframe code with your form id filled in.
