The problem
With end-to-end encryption, the server can’t read a submission, so it can’t forward the answers to your other tools. What you need is a reliable signal that something arrived, so your team can open it.

Metadata only
Notifications say which form received a submission and when. They never contain the answers.
Signed and retried
Each webhook is HMAC-signed so you can verify it came from us, and failed deliveries are retried automatically.
Delivery log
See every delivery attempt and its status per form, and send a test from the settings screen.
Safe by default
Only https endpoints are accepted, and private or internal network addresses are refused.

Frequently asked questions
Can a webhook send the form answers to my CRM? ▾
No. Answers are encrypted to your key, so webhooks carry metadata only. Your team decrypts submissions in VerifID.
How do I know a webhook is genuine? ▾
Every delivery is signed with your form’s secret using HMAC-SHA256; verify the signature before acting on it.
